刺络放血法治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating acute suppurative tonsillitis by the Ciluo Fangxue therapy

目的:观察刺络放血法治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效并探讨其机制。方法:将80例患者按随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组给予穴位刺络放血法,对照组予以注射用头孢美唑钠静滴,观察两组治疗有效率及相关指标。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),症状、体征消失时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05),两组治疗后相关炎症指标均较治疗前显著改善(P <0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:刺络放血法治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效可靠、满意。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Ciluo Fangxue therapy(刺络放血法)on acute suppurative tonsillitis and explore its mechanism.Methods:80 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the Ciluo Fangxue therapy.The control group was given cefmetazole sodium intravenously.The treatment efficiency and related indicators were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The related inflammation indicators in two groups were significant improvement after treatment,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Ciluo Fangxue therapy on acute suppurative tonsillitis shows reliable and satisfactory effects.
