加味麻杏石甘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy of the Maxing Shigan decoction on the Tanre Yufei syndrome in acute exacerbation of COPD

目的:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在进行治疗期间,对其使用加味麻杏石甘汤治疗的效果进行分析。方法:在本院2016年3月1日-2017年3月1日)接收的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中随机挑选62例,对其中的31例患者进行常规的西药治疗,采用的药物为噻托溴铵,记为对照组,剩下的31例患者采用加味麻杏石甘汤治疗进行治疗,记为观察组,对患者在治疗过程中的有效率和SDS/SDA焦虑反应进行对比。结果:观察组各指标均存在显著优势,P <0.05。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在进行治疗期间,对其使用加味麻杏石甘汤治疗以后,能够有效使患者的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证得到治疗,同时使患者的心理焦虑程度降低。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Maxing Shigan decoction(加味麻杏石甘汤)on the Tanre Yufei syndrome(痰热郁肺证)in COPD.Methods:62 patients with the Tanre Yufei syndrome of COPD were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,31 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine;and the observation group was treated with the Maxing Shigan decoction.Clinical effects and SDS/SDA anxiety between two groups were compared.Results:The clinical indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Maxing Shigan decoction on the Tanre Yufei syndrome in acute exacerbation of COPD is effective,and worthy of promotion.
