稳心颗粒对冠心病合并缺血性心律失常的临床观察及不良反应体会

Observation on treating coronary heart disease with ischemia arrhythmia with the Wenxin granules and an analysis of adverse reactions

目的:探讨稳心颗粒对冠心病合并缺血性心律失常临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的94例冠心病合并缺血性心律失常患者随机分成治疗组(n=47)和对照组(n=47),治疗组予以西医常规治疗+稳心颗粒,对照组给予常规西药治疗+美托洛尔缓释片。1个月后对比分析两组临床疗效及不良反应事件。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组24小时动态心电图较治疗前心律失常发生率明显降低,组内比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P <0.01),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并缺血性心律失常的临床效果较为显著,且无严重不良反应,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate adverse reactions and the clinical efficacy of the Wenxin granules(稳心颗粒)on coronary heart disease with ischemic arrhythmia.Methods:94 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=47)and the control group(n=47).The treatment group was treated with western medicine and the Wenxin granules.The control group was given conventional western medicine plus metoprolol sustained-release tablets.One month later,the clinical efficacy and adverse events in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram was significantly lower than the pre-treatment arrhythmia(P<0.01),and that in the treatment group after treatment was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly fewer than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wenxin granules on coronary heart disease with ischemic arrhythmia is effective,with no serious adverse reaction,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
