舒肝宁注射液联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗73例慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

Observation on treating chronic hepatitis B with the Shuganning injection plus GSH

目的:研究舒肝宁注射液联合注射用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将145例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成两组。治疗组73例,予舒肝宁注射液联合注射用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗;对照组72例,予注射用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗。连续使用2周后观察患者治疗前后症状体征及血清ALT、AST、TBIL三项指标的变化及各种不良反应事件的发生率,进行疗效以及安全性评估。结果:治疗组与对照组患者症状体征均有改善。治疗组总有效率为86.30%,对照组为70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组出现不良反应3例,对照组2例,治疗组不良反应率与对照组无明显差异。结论:舒肝宁注射液联合注射用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效优于单独使用注射用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,且临床使用安全。

Objective:To study the efficacy of the Shuganning injection(舒肝宁注射液)plus GSH on chronic hepatitis B.Methods:145 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(73 cases)was treated with the Shuganning injection plus GSH;the control group(72 cases)was treated with GSH.The changes of symptoms and signs,serum ALT,AST,TBIL and various adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment for 2 weeks.Results:The symptoms and signs were improved in groups.The total efficiency was 86.30%in the treatment group and 70.83%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were 3 cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.Conclusion:The Shuganning injection plus GSH on chronic hepatitis B shows a better effect,is safe.
