中医辨证治疗对消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者的疗效分析

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗对消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者的疗效。方法:从2016年1月-2017年12月在我院接受治疗的消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染者中选取40例展开研究,根据治疗方式不同分组,对照组20例行西药治疗,观察组20例行中医辨证治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效、预后情况。结果:观察组的临床总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,P <0.05;且观察组的生活质量评分明显优于对照组,P <0.05;观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,明显小于对照组的20.00%,P <0.05。结论:中医辨证治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌患者,能够提升患者治疗有效率,改善预后,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM symptoms differentiation on peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods:40 patients with peptic ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.According to different treatment,20 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine.20 patients in the observation group was given TCM symptoms differentiation.And the clinical efficacy and prognosis in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.00%,was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly better,P<0.05.The complication rate in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM symptoms differentiation on peptic ulcer and Helicobacter pylori can improve the efficiency and the prognosis,is worth promoting.
