泄泻方治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻的临床疗效观察

Observation on treating diarrhea after cholecystectomy with the Xiexie prescription

目的:观察泄泻方治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取80例胆囊切除术后腹泻的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组40例服用泄泻方,对照组40例服用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊。两组均治疗3个月后观察并比较临床疗效及远期疗效。结果:临床疗效:治疗组总有效率为85.00%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。远期疗效:治疗组总有效率为72.50%,对照组总有效率为57.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:泄泻方治疗胆囊切除术后腹泻不仅有较好的临床疗效,并有良好的远期疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiexie prescription(泄泻方)on diarrhea after cholecystectomy.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the treatment group were treated with the Xiexie prescription;the control group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule.Results:The total efficiency was 85.00%in the treatment group and 75.00%in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The total long-term efficiency in the treatment group was 72.50%,and 57.50%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiexie prescription shows a good effect and longterm effect on diarrhea after cholecystectomy.
