针灸联合补中益气汤治疗单纯性功能性便秘的效果

Effects of acupuncture plus the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on simple functional constipation

目的:探究单纯性功能性便秘患者采取补中益气汤与针灸联合治疗方案的临床效果。方法:本次研究于2016年7月-2017年6月收集来我院就诊的单纯性功能性便秘患者共82例,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组41例患者。对照组患者采取常规莫沙必利及乳果糖治疗,研究组患者则采取补中益气汤与针灸联合治疗,对两组患者临床疗效及治疗后排便指标进行比较。结果:研究组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者排便间隔、速度、难度以及便质评分相比对照组显著更低,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对单纯性功能性便秘患者的临床治疗,中采取补中益气汤与针灸联合方案可有效改善患者的便秘症状,提升临床疗效,因此该种治疗方案值得在临床中进行大力推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)plus acupuncture on simple functional constipation.Methods:82 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride and lactulose.The study group was treated with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus acupuncture.The clinical efficacy and post-treatment defecation indexes in groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The defecation interval,speed,difficulty and stool score in the study group were significantly lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus acupuncture on treating simple functional constipation can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation and efficacy,and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
