可吸收螺钉内固定治疗距骨骨折的应用及效果评估

Efficacy of absorbable screws fixation on fracture of talus

目的:探讨与评估可吸收螺钉内固定治疗距骨骨折的应用及效果。方法:选取我院收治的Ⅱ型以上距骨骨折患者60例为对象进行研究,利用计算机将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取克氏针内固定治疗,观察组采取可吸收螺钉内固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果:观察组治疗优良率为90.0%(27/30),与对照组的70.0%(21/30)相比,显著较高,且组间差异对比P <0.05;而观察组并发症发生率为6.67%(2/30),与对照组的20.0%(6/30)相比,显著较低,且组间差异对比P <0.05。结论:针对距骨骨折患者采用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗的效果非常显著,既能有效减轻患者疼痛程度,还能显著改善其踝关节功能,并减少其各种并发症,因此值得应用推广。

Objective:To investigate and evaluate the application and effect of internal fixation by absorbable screws on talus fractures.Methods:60 patients with type II or more talar fractures admitted to our hospital were selected for study.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group by computer,30 cases in each.The control group was treated by internal fixation by Kirschner wire,and the observation group was treated by internal fixation by absorbable screws.The treatment effects and complications in two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),was significantly higher than 70.0%(21/30)in the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),significantly lower than 20.0%(6/30)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Internal fixation by absorbable screws on talus fractures is effective,can effectively alleviate the pain,and can significantly improve the function of ankle joints and reduce various complications,and is worthy of application.
