阿是穴四花刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床观察

Effective observation on treating the third lumbar vertebral transverse foramen syndrome by Ashi acupoint method of four thorns

目的:探讨阿是穴四花刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床观察。方法:选取符合纳入标准的220例第三腰椎横突综合征患者,随机分为两组,采用单盲、对照研究方法,治疗组以阿是穴四花刺法为主,对照组以常规针刺法治疗,分别在治疗前、治疗6周后以及出院3个月随访进行评定,观察其VAS疼痛评分、JOA评分。结果:治疗组与对照组在VAS疼痛评分量表、JOA评分相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:阿是穴四花刺法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征能显著改善患者症状、提高生活质量,患者容易接受,值得推广。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Ashi acupoint method of four thorns(阿是穴四花刺法)on the third lumbar vertebral transverse foramen syndrome.Methods:220 patients with the third lumbar vertebral transverse foramen syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated by Ashi acupoint method of four thorns,and the control group was treated by routine acupuncture method.VAS score and JOA score were observed before treatment,after 6 weeks of treatment and discharged for 3 months.Results:The differences of VAS pain rating scale and JOA score between two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:Ashi acupoint method of four thorns on the third lumbar vertebral transverse foramen syndrome was effective,safe and worthy of promotion.
