四肢骨折护理问题与护理干预体会

The problems and experience of nursing on limbs fracture

目的:探析四肢骨折护理问题及其护理干预选择。方法:随机抽取我院近年所收治的96例四肢骨折患者为本次研究对象,依照其入院单双次序将其分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理。对两组患者临床护理问题及干预效果进行对比。结果:由本次研究可知,在消肿时间、疼痛评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、住院时间上,观察组均优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在临床护理满意度上,对照组远不及观察组(81.25%<97.92%),其差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:优质护理能够及时且有效的解决四肢骨折患者住院期间所出现的一系列问题,从而确保患者的临床康复,其价值值得肯定。

Objective:To explore the problems and choice of nursing on limb fracture.Methods:96 patients were randomly selected and divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)according to their admission order.The control group received routine nursing;the observation group received high quality nursing.The nursing problems and effects in groups were compared.Results:The detumescence time,pain score,Fugl-Meyer score,hospitalization time in the observation group were superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the control group was far less than the observation group(81.25%<97.92%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can solve a series of problems of patients with limb fracture timely and effectively,and ensure clinical recovery is worth affirming.
