心可舒片治疗冠心病支架植入术后抑郁状态临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Xinkeshu tablets on coronary heart disease stent implantation postoperative depression

目的:观察心可舒片治疗冠心病支架植入术后抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年3月-2016年8月门诊及住院患者86例,随机分为对照组43例和治疗组43例。对照组仅给予常规冠心病治疗和心理干预,未采用任何中药治疗3周。治疗组在给予常规冠心病治疗基础上给予心可舒治疗3周。结果:对照组患者症状改善的总有效率为55.8%,治疗组为88.4%,两组比较,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗前后HAMD评分比较,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:心可舒片可改善冠心病支架植入术后抑郁状态。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Xinkeshu tablets(心可舒片)on coronary heart disease stent implantation postoperative depression.Methods:From March 2015 to August 2016,86 cases were divided into two groups,43 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the treatment group was given the Xinkeshu tablets more,for 3 weeks.Results:The total efficiency was 55.8%in the control group,and 88.4%in the treatment group,P<0.05.Before and after treatment,the difference in HAMD scores between groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Xinkeshu tablets on coronary heart disease stent implantation postoperative depression shows a good effect.
