不同中医护理干预方式对鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛的影响评价

Effects of different TCM nursing on postoperative pain in patients with sinusitis

目的:评价不同中医护理干预方式对鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛的影响。方法:随机抽取82例本院自2016年6月-2017年7月收治的鼻窦炎手术患者,根据不同的护理措施将其分为对照组(41例)、干预组(41例),给予对照组患者穴位按摩护理,给予干预组患者穴位按摩护理+耳穴贴压护理,分析两组术后疼痛程度、康复效果、并发症发生率。结果:术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率对比:干预组低于对照组(P <0.05);康复效果对比:干预组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:对鼻窦炎手术患者实施穴位按摩护理+耳穴贴压护理干预,护理效果显著,既可改善患者疼痛程度,又可减少并发症发生概率,提高康复效果,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of different TCM nursing on postoperative pain in patients with sinusitis.Methods:82 patients with sinusitis were randomly selected and divided into the control group(41 cases)and intervention group(41 cases)according to different nursing measures.The control group was given massage;the intervention group was given auricular point sticking more.The degree of pain,rehabilitation effect and incidence of complications in groups were analyzed.Results:The degree of pain and complication rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the rehabilitation effect in the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The massage plus auricular point sticking on patients with sinusitis surgery is remarkable,can improve degree of pain degree,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the rehabilitation effect,with high clinical application value,is worth popularizing.
