温针对腰椎手术失败综合征患者血清IL-1β的影响及临床观察

Effects of warm acupuncture on serum IL-1β in patients with FBSS

目的:观察温针治疗腰椎手术失败综合征(FBSS)的临床疗效及对患者血清IL-1β的影响。方法:对39例FBSS患者进行温针治疗,另设正常组15例。观察温针治疗FBSS的临床疗效并测定治疗前后患者血清IL-1β水平。结果:与正常组相比, FBSS患者血清IL-1β水平明显升高;治疗前后比较,治疗后患者的血清IL-1β水平明显下降(P <0.05),JOA评分改善明显,且McGill疼痛询问量表评分显著降低(P <0.01)。结论:温针治疗腰椎手术失败综合征疗效确切,能有效降低血清IL-1β含量,缓解疼痛,改善患者腰椎功能,可能为其作用机制之一。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of warm acupuncture on serum IL-1βin patients with FBSS.Methods:39 patients with FBSS were treated by warm acupuncture;15 cases were classified as normal group.Results:After treatment,the level of serum IL-1βwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the JOA score was improved significantly,and the score of the McGill pain questionnaire was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture on FBSS was effective,can reduce the levels of serum IL-1β,alleviate pain and improve function in patients with lumbar.
