真方白丸子治疗缺血中风中经络急性期患者的临床分析

An analysis of treating ischemic stroke of meridian in acute stage with Zhenfang Baiwanzi

目的:分析真方白丸子治疗缺血中风中经络急性期患者的临床效果。方法:选择2015年9月-2017年11月收治的58例缺血中风中经络急性期患者,所有患者均给予真方白丸子治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:经真方白丸子治疗后,其疗效总有效率为91.38%;所有患者的平均住院时间为(13.98±1.87)d,平均治疗费用为(5.09±1.07)千元。治疗前肌酐、BUN分别为(98.39±56.92)μmol/L、(7.09±2.97)μmol/L,均明显低于治疗后肌酐(101.32±46.32)μmol/L、BUN值(10.69±2.25)μmol/L,相对比,P <0.05。结论:缺血中风中经络急性期患者采用真方白丸子治疗,疗效肯定,且无明显毒性反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Zhenfang Baiwanzi(真方白丸子)on ischemic stroke of meridian in acute stage.Methods:58 patients were treated with Zhenfang Baiwanzi.Their therapeutic effects were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.38%;the average hospitalization time was(13.98±1.87)days,and the average treatment cost was(5.09±1.07)thousand Yuan.Before treatment,creatinine and BUN were(98.39±56.92)μmol/L and(7.09±2.97)μmol/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than(101.32±46.32)μmol/L,and BUN(10.69±2.25)μmol/L after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Zhenfang Baiwanzi on ischemic stroke of meridian in acute stage was effective,with no obvious toxicity.
