祛风活血利水法治疗翼状胬肉自体角膜缘干细胞移植术后疗效观察

Effects of the Qufeng Huoxue Lishui therapy plus autologous limbal stem cell transplantation on pterygium

目的:观察祛风活血利水法治疗翼状胬肉自体角膜缘干细胞移植术后的临床疗效。方法:将翼状胬肉患者60例(85眼)随机分为两组,治疗组30例(43眼)采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术并以祛风活血利水法组方治疗,对照组30例(42眼)单纯采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,随访半年以上,观察两组的疗效及术后复发情况。结果:治疗组复发率为5%,低于对照组的24%(P <0.05);治疗组角膜上皮修复时间平均为4.63d,对照组角膜上皮修复时间平均为5.91d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后3天及术后1周BUT长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),术后1个月及3个月两组BUT差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:祛风活血利水法用于翼状胬肉自体角膜缘干细胞移植术后,能明显提高临床疗效,降低术后复发率,改善患者眼部症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Qufeng Huoxue Lishui therapy(祛风活血利水法)plus autologous limbal stem cell transplantation on pterygium.Methods:60 cases(85 eyes)were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases(43 eyes)in the treatment group were given autologous limbal stem cell transplantation plus the Qufeng Huoxue Lishui therapy;the control group was given autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.The effect and postoperative recurrence in groups were observed after more than half a year follow-up.Results:The recurrence rate was 5%in the treatment group,and lower than 24%in the control group(P<0.05).The average time of corneal epithelial repair was 4.63 days in the treatment group and 5.91 days in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).In 3 days and one week after the operation,the BUT in the treatment group was longer than in the control group;there was no significant difference of BUT between groups in one month and three months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Qufeng Huoxue Lishui therapy plus autologous limbal stem cell transplantation on pterygium can obviously improve the clinical effect,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the ocular symptoms.
