中医辨证合黄芪注射液治疗上消化道出血的疗效观察

Efficacy of TCM differentiation plus the Huangqi injection on upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨上消化道出血经中医辨证+黄芪注射液治疗的效果。方法:选择本院2012年11月-2016年12月收治的160例上消化道出血患者,分组研究,80例通过常规处理+黄芪注射液治疗为常规组,80例通过常规处理+中医辨证+黄芪注射液治疗为研究组,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:研究组24h止血率较常规组高,再出血率较常规组低,且研究组平均止血时间较常规组短,P <0.05;研究组总有效率是97.50%,较常规组的82.50%高,P <0.05。结论:上消化道出血通过中医辨证结合黄芪注射液治疗效果显著,可快速止血,并使再出血减少。

Objective:To investigate the effect of TCM differentiation plus the Huangqi injection(黄芪注射液)on upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:160 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from November 2012 to December 2016 were enrolled in a group study.80 patients received routine treatment plus Astragalus injection,as the regular group.And 80 patients received TCM differentiation plus the Huangqi injection more,as the study group.Results:The at 24h hemostasis rate in the study group was higher than the regular group,and the rebleeding rate was lower.The average hemostasis time in the study group was shorter,P<0.05.The total efficacy in the study group was 97.50%,higher than 82.50%in the regular group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM differentiation with the Huangqi injection on upper gastrointestinal bleeding was effective,by effective stopping bleeding and reducing rebleeding.
