摘要
颈性眩晕症在颈椎病个型中发病率仅次于神经根型。通过多年临床实践,笔者总结出一套行之有效的诊疗方法。本文针对近几年收治的120例患者,从病因、临床表现、诊断依据和手法治疗等方面做了较详尽的论述,剖析了本病的形成原因和病理改变,简要阐述了推拿手法富有针对性的治疗作用,最后附以病历举例。
The incidence of cervical vertigo in cervical spondylosis is second only to the nerve root type.Through clinical practice,a effective methods of diagnosis and treatment were concluded.The aspects of etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnostic basis and manual therapy of 120 cases were discussed;the causes and pathological changes of this disease were analyzed,The massage methods are pointed out.A cases was recorded.
