痔疮RPH术加外痔切除术联合中药内服外洗治疗混合痔的可行性分析

An analysis of treating mixed hemorrhoid by acne RPH externla hemorrhoidectomy plus TCM medicine

目的:探讨痔疮RPH术加外痔切除术联合中药内服外洗治疗混合痔的可行性。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年11月于我院治疗的混合痔患者120例,使用随机数字表法将选取的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组63例,对照组57例。两组均采用痔疮RPH术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔,实验组术后运用中药内服外洗治疗,对照组使用碘伏坐浴治疗。比较两组治疗方式在疗效、创面愈合及疼痛情况上的差异。结果:两种治疗方式在临床疗效上整体一致,差异无统计学意义(P≥0.05),实验组创面愈合时间为(8.76±4.28)天,明显小于对照组的(11.85±4.96)天,肛门疼痛评分为(1.43±0.96)分,明显低于对照组的(3.48±1.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:临床上运用痔疮RPH术加外痔切除术联合中药内服外洗治疗混合痔相比较常规治疗临床疗效整体一致,在促进伤口愈合、减轻患者疼痛上优于常规治疗,临床使用该治疗方法具有可行性,值得推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of acne RPH,external hemorrhoidectomy plus TCM medicine on mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(63 cases)and the control group(57 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were treated by acne RPH,external hemorrhoidectomy.The experimental group was treated by TCM medicine oral and external washing;the control group was treated with iodophor sitting bath.The efficacy,wound healing and pain were compared between groups.Results:There was not statistically significant difference of efficacy between two groups(P≥0.05).The wound healing time in the experimental group was(8.76±4.28)days,and significantly less than(11.85±4.96)days in the control group.The anal pain score was(1.43±0.96)points in the experimental group,and significantly lower than(3.48±1.26)points in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acne RPH,external hemorrhoidectomy plus TCM medicine oral and external washing on mixed hemorrhoids shows a same effect as conventional treatment,and is superior to conventional treatment in promoting wound healing and relieving pain.It is feasible on treating mixed hemorrhoids and worth promoting.
