运用自拟三花消斑汤加减治疗黄褐斑310例,治愈196例(63.2%),显效83例(26.8%),好转23例(7.4%),无效8例(2.6%),总有效率为97.4%。从2009年以来应用三花消斑汤加减治疗310例黄褐斑患者,收到了满意效果。

310 cases were treated with the Sanhua Xiaoban decoction(三花消斑汤);196 cases(63.2%)were cured;83 cases(26.8%)were markedly improved;23 cases(7.4%)were improved;8 cases were not improved;and the total efficiency was 97.4%.The Sanhua Xiaoban decoction on chloasma shows a satisfaction effect.
