中药熏蒸配合按摩疗法对初产妇哺乳期乳痈的疗效观察研究

Efficacy of fumigation with TCM medicine and massage on Ruyong of primipara at lactation

目的:观察中药熏蒸对初产妇哺乳期乳痈的临床疗效。方法:将80例哺乳期乳痈患者随机分成试验组和对照组各40例,试验组给予中药熏蒸加按摩治疗,对照组给予按摩治疗。观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:试验组乳房红肿消退时间较对照组快,有效率高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸配合按摩治疗哺乳期乳痈临床疗效稳定、可操作性强、医疗成本低、简便易行,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fumigation with TCM medicine on Ruyong(乳痈)of primipara at lactation.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,40 cases in each.The experimental group was given fumigation with TCM medicine and massage.The control group was given massage.The clinical effect in two groups was observed.Results:The time of breast swelling and redness in the experimental group was faster than the control group,the efficiency in the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fumigation with TCM medicine and massage show stable effects,with high operability,low medical cost,easy operation,and is worthy of generalization and application.
