补阳还五汤加减治疗近端肌萎缩型颈椎病术后功能恢复的临床价值体会

Effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on postoperative functional recovery of patients with proximal atrophic cervical spondylosis

目的:研究在行近端肌萎缩型颈椎病术后采取补阳还五汤加减治疗对功能恢复的影响。方法:本次研究样本为2016年5月-2017年5月收治的62例行颈椎前路减压融合术的近端肌萎缩型颈椎病患者,分组基础为随机数字表法,将行常规治疗的31例患者作为参照组,将行补阳还五汤加减治疗的31例患者作为实验组,观察统计两组样本组间数据差异。结果:数据研究发现,实验组患者临床计算有效率、lovett肌力评分、上肢功能评分对比参照组,P <0.05,统计学呈现数据有参考价值。结论:将补阳还五汤加减治疗应用在行颈椎前路减压融合术的近端肌萎缩型颈椎病患者中疗效显著,有利于恢复患者功能。

Objective:To study the effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤)on postoperative functional recovery of patients with proximal atrophy cervical spondylosis.Methods:62 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.31 patients in the reference group were received routine treatment;31 patients in the experimental group were received the Buyang Huanwu decoction.Results:There were statistical differences in clinical efficiency,lovett muscle strength score and upper limb function score between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction on proximal atrophic cervical spondylosis is effective,can recovery function of patient.
