三伏贴治疗五更泻的疗效观察

Efficacy of the Sanfu plaster on diarrhea in Wugeng

目的:通过两组病例对照的方法观察三伏贴治疗五更泻的疗效情况。方法:将62例患者随机分为两组,选择三伏天(夏至日、头伏、中伏、末伏、处暑)按节气治疗,治疗组和对照组均予以温针灸,治疗组在灸后进行穴位贴敷,5次为一个疗程,治疗后观察疗效。结果:根据腹痛、腹泻及大便性状进行症状积分比较,两组对五更泻治疗均有效,且治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:三伏贴对五更泻治疗有效,且操作简便,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Sanfu plaster(三伏贴)on diarrhea in Wugeng(五更).Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into two groups.In hot-dog day,two groups were treated by warm acupuncture.The treatment group performed the Sanfu plaster after moxibustion,5 times as a course.Results:Comparing the abdominal pain,diarrhea and stool shape,two methods were effective on diarrhea,and the efficacy in the treatment group was better.Conclusion:The Sanfu plaster is effective on diarrhea,and is easy to operate and worthy of clinical promotion.
