分析脑出血患者术后早期实施康复护理对吞咽障碍的影响

Efficacy of rehabilitation nursing in early stage on dysphagia in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:分析脑出血患者术后早期实施康复护理对吞咽障碍的影响。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年4月我院收治的70例脑出血术后吞咽障碍患者进行分组研究,按照单双号法分为对照组(n=35,行常规护理)和干预组(n=35,行早期康复护理),比较两组护理效果、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果:干预组护理总有效率高于对照组,组间具有显著性差异(P<0.05);干预组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,两组差异明显(P <0.05);干预组护理满意度优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:脑出血患者术后早期实施康复护理有利于显著改善吞咽障碍,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,具有积极的临床使用和推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on dysphagia in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:70 patients were divided into two groups,35 cases in each.The control group took routine nursing,and the intervention group took early rehabilitation care.Results:The total efficiency in the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation is beneficial to significantly improve dysphagia,reduce the complications,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and has positive clinical use and promotion value.
