肠癌根治手术中全身麻醉+硬膜外麻醉的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of general anesthesia plus epidural anesthesia in radical operation of colorectal cancer

目的:探讨在肠癌根治手术中采用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉的临床疗效。方法:收治肠癌患者74例,随机分为两组,每组各37例。对照组给予全身麻醉,观察组给予全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉,比较两组心率、血压、不良反应情况。结果:观察组T1、T2、T3心率、血压低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠癌根治手术中采用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉的临床疗效较好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:74 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given general anesthesia,the observation group was given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia,the heart rate,blood pressure,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group at T1,T2 and T3 were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia was effective in radical operation for colorectal cancer.
