腰-硬联合麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用体会

Application experience of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨腰-硬联合麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法:收治妇科腹腔镜手术患者96例,随机分为两组,每组各48例。对照组给予全身麻醉,观察组给予腰-硬联合麻醉,比较两组心率、血压、血氧饱和度指标、麻醉起效时间、麻醉阻滞时间及停药苏醒时间、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组气腹后心率、血压、血氧饱和度指标高于对照组,麻醉起效时间、麻醉阻滞时间及停药苏醒时间短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰-硬联合麻醉用于妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉效果确切,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods:96 cases of patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given general anesthesia and the observation group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia(CSEA),the heart rate,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation index,anesthesia onset time,anesthesia block time,recovery time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes of heart rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the anesthesia onset time,the anesthesia block time and the recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined spinal epidural anesthesia was safe and effective in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.
