椎间孔镜配合经皮椎弓根螺钉系统治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨椎间孔镜配合经皮椎弓根螺钉系统治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症疗效。方法:收治退变性腰椎滑脱患者23例,均采用椎间孔镜配合经皮椎弓根螺钉系统治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:手术时间160~240 min,术中出血量100~250 mL,总住院时间7~10 d。23例切口甲级愈合;23例均获得随访,时间10~24个月。末次随访时患者腰痛VAS评分明显低于术前(P<0.05)。末次随访时按Nakai标准评定疗效:优17例,良5例,可1例,优良率95.7%。结论:椎间孔镜配合经皮椎弓根螺钉系统治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症疗效显著。 Objective:To explore the effect of intervertebral foraminoscopy combined with percutaneous pedicle screw in the treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis.Methods:23 patients with degenerative spondylolisthesis were selected,they were treated with intervertebral foraminoscopy combined with percutaneous pedicle screw,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:The operation time was 160 to 240 minutes,the intraoperative blood loss was 100 to 250 mL,and the total hospitalization time was 7 to 10 days.The incision in 23 cases was healed at grade A,all 23 patients were followed up for 10 to 24 months.At the end of follow-up,the VAS score of patients with low back pain was significantly lower than that before operation(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,according to the Nakai criteria,the curative effect was excellent in 17 cases,good in 5 cases and fair in 1 case,the excellent and good rate was 95.7%.Conclusion:The effect of intervertebral foraminoscopy combined with percutaneous pedicle screw in the treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis was significant.
