翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium

目的:探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法:收治翼状胬肉患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规切除术,观察组在对照组基础上加用自体角膜缘干细胞移植,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组角膜创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:80 patients with pterygium were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional excision and the observation group was treated with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the corneal wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium was significant.
