肺炎支原体感染诱发儿童肠系膜淋巴结肿大的临床分析

Clinical analysis of mesenteric lymph node enlargement induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

目的:探讨肺炎支原体感染诱发儿童肠系膜淋巴结肿大的治疗方法与临床效果。方法:收治肺炎支原体感染诱发肠系膜淋巴结肿大患儿86例,给予阿奇霉素、超声药物导入仪治疗,观察治疗效果及肿大淋巴结变化。结果:治疗前后肠系膜淋巴结长径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率94.19%。结论:对肺炎支原体感染诱发儿童肠系膜淋巴结肿大应首选阿奇霉素治疗,同时配合超声导入仪治疗以增强疗效,达到彻底治愈的目的。

Objective:To investigate the treatment and clinical effect of mesenteric lymph node enlargement induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods:86 cases of children with mesenteric lymph node enlargement induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were treated with azithromycin and ultrasonic drug introduction apparatus,the clinical effect and changes of enlarged lymph nodes were observed.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the length of mesenteric lymph nodes before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.19%.Conclusion:Azithromycin should be the first choice for children with mesenteric lymph node enlargement induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and ultrasonic drug introduction apparatus enhanced the clinical effect,so as to achieve the complete cure.
