中医针灸结合中药热敷治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛短期疗效

Short-term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomenting therapy for neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain

目的:探讨中医针灸结合中药热敷治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的短期疗效。方法:收治颈肩腰腿疼痛患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予中医针灸治疗,观察组给予中医针灸结合中药热敷治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸联合中药热敷治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的短期疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the short-term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomenting therapy for neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain.Methods:100 cases of patients with neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomenting therapy,the curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The short-term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomenting therapy for neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain was significant.
