摘要
目的:归纳百草枯中毒患者抢救与护理。方法:对百草枯中毒患者38例的临床症候、抢救对策展开回顾性分析,记录存活、死亡患者并发症出现率。结果:38例百草枯中毒患者存活仅3例(7.89%)。活者出现并发症7.9%,明显低过死亡者的68.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百草枯中毒患者的病死概率非常高,应马上实行抢救,以提升存活率。
Objective:To summarize the rescue and nursing of paraquat poisoning patients.Methods:The clinical symptoms and rescue strategies of 38 patients with paraquat poisoning were analyzed retrospectively,and the incidence of complications of survivors and deaths was recorded.Results:Only 3 cases(7.89%)survived in 38 cases.Complications of survivors were 7.9%,significantly lower than 68.4%of deaths,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mortality rate of patients with paraquat poisoning is very high,emergency treatment should be carried out immediately to improve the survival rate.
