良肢位摆放在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能障碍中的应用研究

Application of normal limb position in limb dysfunction of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探讨良肢位摆放在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能障碍中的应用价值。方法:收治脑卒中偏瘫患者93例,分为对照组和观察组,观察组51例,对照组42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用良肢位摆放,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组Fugl-Meyer量表评分、NIHSS量表评分、肌张力评级、日常生活能力分级和并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:良肢位摆放能有效改善患者的运动功能障碍和肌张力,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application value of normal limb position in limb dysfunction of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:93 patients with stroke hemiplegia were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given normal limb position,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,Fugl-Meyer scale score,NIHSS scale score,muscle tone rating,ADL classification and the incidence of complications were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Normal limb position can effectively improve motor dysfunction and muscle tension,and reduce the incidence of complications.
