优化急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的应用

Application of optimized emergency nursing process in rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨优化急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:收治急性心肌梗死患者68例,随机分为两组,每组各34例。对照组采取常规急诊护理措施,观察组应用优化急诊护理流程,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对比分诊评估时间、院内首份心电图时间、护士给双抗药物时间以及总抢救时间,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化急诊护理流程在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中有较好的应用效果,能够提高抢救安全性及可靠性,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of optimized emergency nursing process in rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:68 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group received routine emergency nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with optimized emergency nursing process,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the evaluation time,the first ECG time in hospital,the time for nurses to give bi-antibiotics and the total rescue time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the emergency nursing process has a good application effect in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction,which can improve the safety and reliability of rescue and provide the quality of life of patients.
