综合护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with surgery for lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨综合护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者的影响。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用综合护理干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果:干预组恢复活动时间、住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率和复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可促进腰椎间盘突出症手术患者康复,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the recovery time,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were all less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc surgery,shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization costs.
