PDCA循环管理在提高妇产科护士手卫生依从性中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle management in improving hand hygiene compliance of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department

目的:探讨PDCA循环在提高妇产科护士手卫生依从性中的作用。方法:应用PDCA循环对2017年5月份妇产科护士的手卫生依从性进行调查分析,调查后,总结出4个主要问题:未养成习惯,洗手设施不方便,认为戴手套可以代替洗手,监管不到位。针对主要问题制定改进措施:加强各种形式的培训与考核,加强监督检查,制定奖惩措施。实施PDCA后,2017年9月对妇产科护士进行手卫生依从性调查。结果:对实施前后妇产科护士的手卫生依从性进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环可显著提高妇产科护士手卫生依从性,降低医院感染的发生率。

Objective:To explore the role of PDCA cycle in improving hand hygiene compliance of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods:The PDCA cycle was used to investigate the compliance of nurses in gynecology and obstetrics department in 2017 May.After investigation,four main problems were summarized:no habit,inconvenient hand washing facilities,believing gloves can replace hand washing,supervision is not in place.In view of the main problems,we should formulate improvement measures:strengthen various forms of training and assessment,strengthen supervision and inspection,and formulate reward and punishment measures.After the implementation of PDCA,the hand hygiene compliance of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department in September 2017 was investigated.Results:The compliance of nurses in gynecology and obstetrics department was statistically significant before and after the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation can significantly improve the hand hygiene compliance of gynecological and obstetric nurses and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
