Problems and Solutions of Party Building in Non-Public Enterprises——Based on the Investigation and Reflection in Henan Province

非公有制经济是经济高质量发展的重要力量。非公企业党建是党的基层组织建设的重要领域。做好非公企业党建工作是以党的建设高质量推动经济发展高质量的直接体现。近年来,河南省各级党委和相关部门对非公企业党的建设工作进行了因地制宜的实践探索,形成了各具特色的管理模式。与此同时,由于体制机制不健全,相关机构和力量比较薄弱,河南非公企业党建工作中还存在着一些问题和不足。以高质量非公党建推动非公经济高质量发展,亟待通过强化顶层设计、健全工作机制、着力推动有形覆盖和有效覆盖相统一、积极探索发挥实质性作用的有效途径,持续提升非公党建科学化和规范化水平。

The non-public economy is an important force in the development of high quality economy.Party building in non-public enterprises is an important field in the construction of the party′s grass-roots organizations.To do a good job of Party building in nonpublic enterprises is a direct reflection of the high quality of Party building to promote economic development.In recent years,the Party committees and relevant departments at all levels in Henan Province have made practical explorations on the Party building work of non-public enterprises in accordance with local conditions,and formed various management models with distinctive features.At the same time,due to the imperfect system and mechanism,and the relatively weak relevant institutions and forces,there are still some problems in the party building work of Henan non-public enterprises.To promote the high-quality development of economy with high-quality party construction,it is urgent to strengthen the top-level design,improve the working mechanism,promote the integration of tangible coverage and effective coverage,actively explore effective ways to play a substantive role,and continuously improve the scientific and standardized level of non-public party construction.
