社会排斥的系统性、结构性及其价值支撑

Systematicness,Structure and Value Support of Social Exclusion

20世纪90年代以来,社会排斥成为研究贫困等边缘化问题的新路径。社会排斥理论提供了认识弱势群体的动态视野,但如果仅停留在排斥的表象上而不触及内在的机制以及支撑这种机制的价值体系,其意义是有限的。从社会问题的关联性出发认识社会排斥的一贯性,其系统性、结构性以及价值维度就会清晰地显现出来。社会排斥既是一个结果,也是一个过程;既是一种秩序,又是一种"价值"。排斥性秩序是人类行为的结果,在其背后是排斥性的价值体系。若不触动其内在的价值,外在的社会改造只能改变问题的表现形式。人类社会所需要的不是生物状态下排斥性的自发秩序,而是人文意义上的自然而当然的秩序。

Since the 1990s,social exclusion has become a new way to study the marginalization of poverty.It provides a dynamic vision of recognizing vulnerable groups,but its significance is limited if it only stays on the appearance of exclusion without touching the intrinsic mechanism and the value system supporting this mechanism.If the consistency of social exclusion is analyzed through social systemic and relational perspective,the value dimension can be clearly revealed.Social exclusion is both a result and a process;it is both an order and a value.Repulsive order is the result of human behavior,and behind it is an exclusive value system.If the value sys-tem of exclusion can not be touched,rebuilding the society externally can only change the form of problem expression.The order that human society needs is the natural and logical order in the humanistic sense,but not the spontaneous and exclusionary order in the bio-logical state.
