Autonomy and Embeddedness of Civil Society Groups and Their Relationship

改革开放以来我国民间社会团体不断发展壮大,出现了相对于政府机构和社会的自主性和嵌入性及其相互关系问题。获得社会、行政和政治方面的合法性是民间社会团体发展的保障,更是民间社会团体得以发展壮大的策略性手段。因此,民间社会团体要在发挥组织自身的自主性、推进组织自身发展壮大的基础上,通过一定程度地嵌入政府管理体系之中,以嵌入性为手段推进制度环境更加优化,破除社会组织发展所面临的困境。

Since the reform and opening-up,the civil society organizations in our country have been developing and growing,and there have been problems of autonomy and embeddedness relative to government agencies and their interrelationship.The legitimacy of social,administrative and political is the guarantee for the development of civil society groups,and it is also a strategic means for the development and expansion of independent civil society groups.Therefore,on the basis of exerting the autonomy of the organization and promoting the development and growth of the organization itself,the civil society groups should,to a certain extent,embed themselves into the government management system to promote the optimization of the institutional environment by means of embeddedness,and break the predicament faced by the development of social groups.
