摘要
污水处理过程中会产生大量的污泥,污泥的性质、组分和各种外界因素导致污泥具有较高的含水率且难以脱水。传统的机械脱水已不能满足污泥处置的要求,高含水率已成为污泥处理的瓶颈。详细分析了影响污泥脱水的因素,归纳了化学调理在污泥脱水方面的应用,阐述了不同调理剂对污泥脱水的作用机理,总结了不同调理剂复配的协同增效作用对污泥脱水的影响,以期为今后的污泥脱水研究提供参考。
A great deal of sludge can be produced in the wastewater treatment processes.Its properties,components and various external factors can lead to the result that sludge has comparatively high water content and is difficult to be dewatered.The traditional mechanical dehydration has not been able to meet the requirements for sludge disposal,and the high water content has become the bottleneck of sludge treatment.The factors that affect sludge dewatering are analyzed in detail,the application of chemical conditioning to sludge dewatering is concluded,the action mecha-nisms of different conditioning agents on the sludge dewatering are expounded,and the influences of the synergy of different conditioning agents on sludge dewatering summarized,in order to provide reference for the future research on sludge dewatering.
