1株肠杆菌脱氮性能及其同步硝化反硝化机制初探 被引量:3

First exploration on the denitrification capability of a strain of enterobacterium and its simultaneous nitrification and denitrification mechanisms

摘要 从序批式反应器活性污泥中分离出1株异养硝化-好氧反硝化细菌——Enterobacter asburiae YT。利用单因素实验得出最佳脱氮条件:柠檬酸钠为碳源,温度30℃,C/N=12,溶氧为0.9 mg/L。通过对该菌株同步硝化反硝化的氮平衡分析,发现24 h内氨氮的去除率达到100%,其中同化到细胞中的氮为30.5%,而以气态氮形式产生的氮损失达到58.38%。菌株YT是一种新型且具有高效脱氮能力的微生物,在生物脱氮领域具有较好的应用价值。 A strain of heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification bacterium has been isolated from the activated sludge in a sequencing batch reactor.The strain is initially identified as Enterobacter asburiae YT.The optimal ni-trogen removal conditions are obtained by means of single factor experiments as follows:using sodium citrate as car-bon source,temperature is 30℃,C/N=12 and dissolved oxygen 0.9 mg/L.Based on the nitrogen balance analysis of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification of the strain,it is found that the ammonia nitrogen removing rate reaches 100%within 24 h,of which the percentage of nitrogen assimilated into the cells is 30.5%,and the percentage of ni-trogen loss in gaseous state nitrogen is 58.38%.It shows that strain YT is a new type of microbes having highly effici-ent denitrification ability,which has good application values in the field of biological denirification.
