再生剂与旧料拌合工艺对再生沥青混合料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同工艺制备得到再生沥青混合料,通过测试其水稳定性、疲劳破坏特性和低温抗裂性能,研究了旧料预热温度、再生剂预热温度以及再生剂与旧料拌合时间对再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:适当提高旧料和再生剂的预热温度可以显著改善再生沥青混合料的路用性能,延长再生剂与旧料的拌合时间可提高再生剂与旧沥青之间的混合程度,提高转移至新集料表面的旧沥青量,使再生沥青混合料中旧沥青的分布更为均匀,从而增强再生沥青混合料的路用性能。 The recycled asphalt mixture was prepared by different processes.By testing its water stability,fatigue failure characteristics and low temperature crack resistance,the effects of the preheating temperature of the existing material,the preheating temperature of the recycling agent and the mixing time of the recycling agent and the existing material on pavement performance were studied.The results show that the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture can be significantly improved by properly increasing the preheating temperature of the existing material and the recycling agent.The mixing degree between the existing asphalt and the recycling agent can be increased by prolonging the mixing time of the existing material and the recycling agent.Besides,increasing the amount of existing asphalt that are transferred to the surface of the new aggregate will make the distribution of the existing asphalt in the recycled asphalt mixture more suitable,thereby enhancing the road performance of the recycled asphalt mixture.
