基于生命周期的中国道路材料能耗量化研究

摘要 为了研究中国道路工程常用材料的能耗,从生命周期的角度对各类道路材料的生产全过程进行实地调研,以过程生命周期分析法为主,构建了中国道路材料能耗计算模型。依据中国统计资料和现场调研数据,建立了中国道路材料能耗数据库。对数据库进行分析的结果表明,数据库与发达国家研究成果的吻合性好;沥青类材料的综合能耗值均超过水泥。所提出的道路材料能耗模型与数据库可为国内外同行开展相关研究提供参考。 In order to study the energy consumption of materials commonly used in road engineering in China,the whole production process of various road materials was investigated on spot investigation from the perspective of life cycle and the calculation model of energy consumption of road materials in China was constructed based on the process life cycle analysis method.A database on energy consumption of road materials in China was established according to the statistical data and on-site survey data.The analysis of the database shows that the results are in good agreement with the research results of developed countries;the comprehensive energy consumption value of asphalt materials exceeds that of cement.The energy consumption model and database of road materials proposed in the current study can provide reference for relevant researches at home and abroad.
