极端高温天气水泥混凝土路面的温度及温度应力 被引量:3

摘要 为研究极端高温天气对混凝土路面的影响,基于热力学原理,采用有限元方法建立了基于气象资料的路面温度场及温度应力计算模型;同时开展现场试验,对上海地区夏季高温天气下的水泥路面温度进行测试,验证计算模型的准确性。结果表明:所建立的基于气象资料的水泥混凝土路面温度计算模型准确可靠;在极端高温天气下,路面最高温度达60℃,路面正温度梯度呈指数型非线性分布,面层上下表面最大正温差达到20℃。 In order to study the influence of extreme high temperature weather on concrete pavement,based on the thermodynamic principle,a pavement temperature field and temperature stress calculation model based on meteorological data was established by using finite element method.At the same time,the field test was carried out to test the temperature of cement pavement under high temperature in summer in Shanghai.It was used to verify the accuracy of the calculation model.The results show that the established temperature calculation model of cement concrete pavement based on meteorological data is accurate and reliable.Under extreme high temperature weather,the maximum temperature of pavement reaches 60℃,the positive temperature gradient of pavement presents exponential nonlinear distribution,and the maximum positive temperature difference between upper and lower surface reaches 20℃.
