摘要
针对智能电能表电源回路的误保护问题,提出了一种基于电源回路温度场仿真的智能电能表电源回路误保护特性分析与优化方法。首先,在Saber中搭建电能表电源回路的电仿真模型,获取变压器的发热功率。其次,在Ansys Icepak中搭建电能表整机的热仿真模型,结合变压器的发热功率及环境温度,仿真分析电能表温度场分布。然后,结合变压器损耗分布情况,对电能表保护特性进行仿真分析,得到其误保护概率。最后,通过对电能表变压器铁损优化降低电源回路的误保护概率,优化其保护特性。
Aiming at the problem of error protection of power supply circuit in the smart meter,this paper presents an analysis and optimization method of the smart meter circuit based on power source temperature field simulation.First of all,the power circuit simulation model of electricity meter is built in Saber to acquire the heating power of transformer.Then,the thermal simulation model of the energy meter machine is set up in Ansys Icepak,and the temperature field distribution of the energy meter is simulated and analyzed according to the heating power of the transformer and ambient temperature.Secondly,combined with the distribution of the transformer loss,the protection characteristic of the energy meter is simulated and analyzed,and the probability of false protection is obtained.Finally,the false protection probability of the power supply circuit is reduced through the optimization of the iron loss of the energy meter transformer,and the protection characteristic is optimized.
