摘要 分析中国在"一带一路"建设中的主要进展,面临的人力资源问题及其应对措施。中国对"一带一路"国家承包工程快速发展,直接投资明显增长,进出口贸易波动前行。同时,中国面临人力资源国际化水平低的制约,表现为对外劳务人员不断下降,人力资源外派增长乏力,引进沿线国家人才数量少、占比低。因此,需要积极施策,促进对外劳务合作升级,鼓励人力资源外派,大力引进相关国家人才,更好助推"一带一路"建设。 This paper mainly analyzes the main progress of China in the construction of the Belt and Road,the human resource problems faced by China and related countermeasures.China’s contracting projects with the Belt and Road countries have been developing rapidly,direct investment has increased significantly,and the import and export trade has been moving forward with fluctuations.At the same time,China faces the restriction of low level of internationalization of human resources,which is reflected in the continuous decline of foreign labor service cooperation,the sluggish growth of human resource assignment,and the low number and proportion of talents in the countries along the Belt and Road.Therefore,it is necessary to take active measures to promote the upgrading of foreign labor service cooperation,encourage the relocation of human resources,and introduce talents from relevant countries,so as to promote the construction of the Belt and Road furtherly.
