教育仁爱是社会仁爱道德思想在教育活动中的具体体现。教育仁爱是教育伦理学的一项基础原则。它是人道主义原则、社会仁爱原则和敬畏生命伦理原则在教育中的生动体现,是对功利原则和公正原则的补充、延伸,是教育科学和心理科学规律对教师提出的内在道德要求。教育仁爱原则要求教师做到:以教育之爱,关心每个学生,了解每个学生;以德性之爱,尊重每个学生的人格、个性和自尊心;以智慧之爱,对学生严慈相济,促进全面发展;以仁慈之爱,关爱处于不利状况和条件下的学生;以生态大爱,师生共同珍爱生命,爱护环境,保护地球。在中国教育实践中,教育仁爱具有十分重要的价值和作用。

Educational kind-heartedness is the actual display of social benevolence and morality in educational activities.Being an important principle in educational ethics,it is a vivid representation of principle of humanitarianism,principle of social benevolence and principle of reverence for life in education;it is the supplement and extension of the principles of utilitarianism and justice;it is internal moral demands placed on teachers by the laws of educational science and psychological science.The principle of educational kind-heartedness requires teachers to care for and understand each student with love,to respect every student’s personality,character and self-esteem with love,to be both strict and tender towards students to boost their all-round development with love,to care for poor and disadvantaged students with love,and to cherish life and protect the global environment together with love.Therefore,educational kind-heartedness is of great value and use in the educational practice of our country.
