高职生手机依赖对主观幸福感和社交自尊的影响研究

摘要 目的:了解目前高职生手机依赖的现状及其与主观幸福感和社交自尊之间的关系。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,用自编的手机依赖量表及德克萨斯社交行为问卷、总体幸福感量表(GWB)对贵阳市二所高职院校877名学生进行问卷调查分析。结果:(1)高职生手机依赖总体呈正态分布,手机依赖总分在0.01水平上显著高于里论均值,在突显性、冲突性维度的得分显著低于理论均值,社交增、强迫型、冲突性维度的得分显著高于理论均值;(2)高职生手机依赖在不同性别、专业、生源地、以及是否为独生子女、是否担任班干等变量上,其手机依赖得分均无显著差异,但是在年级上手机依赖存在显著差异,大二的学生手机依赖程度比大一的显著;(3)手机依赖与主观幸福感及社交自尊的相关分析表明手机依赖在总分、社交增益性、强迫、冲突性、戒断性、突显性上维度均与社交自尊显著负相关。社交自尊与精力、忧郁或愉快的心境、对情绪和行为的控制、松弛和紧张维度上显著正相关。手机依赖在总分、突显性、社交增益性、强迫性、冲突性、戒断性维度上与精力、忧郁或愉快的心境、对情绪和行为的控制、松弛和紧张维度上显著负相关。
