摘要
分析轴承套圈端面圆弧槽传统加工方法(数控铣槽+手工砂纸打光)存在的问题,基于840D数控系统,通过辅助软件WINWOP技术将砂轮修整成形后进行成形磨削,详细介绍了砂轮修形过程。改进后的工艺方案彻底解决了二次定位的基准不统一问题,圆弧槽尺寸及表面质量均达到技术要求。
The problem of traditional NC milling groove+manual sandpaper lighting processing method for arc groove on bearing ring end face is analyzed.Based on 840D NC system,the grinding wheel is dressed and grinded by auxiliary software WINWOP technology.The forming process for grinding wheel is introduced in detail.The improved process scheme completely solves non-uniform standard of secondary positioning,the size and surface quality of arc groove meet technical requirements.
