基于图像处理下的强化研磨料磨损失效评价 被引量:2

摘要 为了准确、全面地评估强化研磨工艺中磨料的磨损失效情况,在MATLAB平台上利用减影技术、图像分割和遗传算法编写相应程序,对电子显微镜扫描出的图片进行数字化处理。结果表明:经过225次循环加工后,研磨料发生了严重磨损,并且无法继续在轴承外圈的强化研磨工艺中使用。该方法为强化研磨加工工艺中研磨料的使用限度提供了参考。 In order to evaluate accurately and comprehensively wear failure of abrasive during strengthening and polishing process,the corresponding programming is written by using subtraction technology,image segmentation and genetic algorithm on MATLAB platform,and the images scanned by electron microscope are processed digitally.The results show that the abrasive is greatly worn and cannot be used in strengthening and polishing process for outer rings of bearings after 225 cycles processing.The method provides a scientific reference for use limit of abrasive during strengthening and polishing process.
