摘要 基于MATLAB编程建立了接触变形的分析模型和基于ANSYS建立了接触应力的分析模型,分析了静态下某解放牌载货车用十字轴万向节轴承径向游隙对其接触变形和接触应力的影响。结果表明:随径向游隙增大,轴承偏斜引起的接触变形所占分量增大;滚针所受最大接触应力最大值先减小后增大;十字轴万向节轴承的最佳径向游隙为-0. 01~0 mm;最后进行了试验验证,试验结果与分析结果一致。 The analysis model for contact deformation is built based on MATLAB programming,and the analysis model for contact stress is established based on ANSYS.The influence of radial clearance of cross shaft universal joint bearings for Jiefang truck on its contact deformation and contact stress is analyzed under static state.The results show that the contact deformation caused by deflection of the bearings is increased with the increase of radial clearance.The maximum value of contact stress of needle rollers decreases first and then increases.The optimum radial clearance of the bearings is from-0.01 to 0 mm.Finally,the experimental verification is carried out,the experimental results are in good agreement with analysis results.
