钢索支撑装置从动件故障分析与优化设计

摘要 针对钢索支撑装置从动件易损坏情况,从故障现象入手指出了从动件故障产生的原因,并根据理论力学原理计算分析了从动件受力情况和故障产生机理。结果表明:从动件初始设计质心偏低,导致大过载加速时从动件易倾倒进而在滑槽内被"卡滞",造成薄弱部位承受较大弯矩而断裂损坏,因此精确设计从动件质心位置是解决从动件易损坏问题的关键。 In view of the easy damage of cable support device follower,the causes of the failure is found.Through calculation the force condition and the failure mechanism of the follower is analyzed according to the principle of theoretical mechanics.Analyses reveal that the problem lies in the initial design of the centroid of the follower which is arranged on the low side,apt to cause toppling and blocking in the chute,and consequently lead to fracture damage of the weak parts under high bending moment.The accuracy design of the follower′s centroid position is therefore a decisive factor to prevent the follower′s vulnerability.
